During the 1950s and ’60s, Sinatra’s appearances in Hawai‘i became part of the larger jet-age fantasy machine: supper clubs beneath swaying palms, orchestras spilling into humid night air, cocktails arriving under paper lantern light, and tourists chasing a version of paradise that looked suspiciously like a movie set.

This design imagines Sinatra exactly where he belongs, leaning against a carved tiki idol with a lei around his neck and that effortless “last man awake at the lounge” confidence only Sinatra seemed capable of carrying. It feels like a lost promotional poster from an imaginary island engagement somewhere between Honolulu, Las Vegas, and Hollywood Boulevard.
